Are you certain this is Thermobaric, not just incendiary? This picture is of a TEA rocket which used to be in US stocks and I know the round pretty well.
Going off of previous experience, I bet the nomenclature is KM74. A good chunk of South Korean ordnance is US munitions with a Hongul ink-over. Also they add a K at the beginning of US nomenclature. But other than that it is a M74 TEA rocket out of a M202 Flame Weapon.
